The 4th Conference of Digital Belt and Road (DBAR 2019) to be held in Shenzhen, China
Digital Belt and Road Program (DBAR) is an international science program for the sustainable development of the Belt and Road Region using Big Earth Data. DBAR advocates for the integration of Big Earth Data applications in the design, planning and monitoring of different aspects of human activities.
The mission of DBAR is to build a plurality of partnerships, engaging the public and stakeholders to design, develop and implement demonstration projects that illustrate the value of Big Earth Data applications for attaining Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) .
